Description
Description (Service) The Early Intervention Program is a free 10-week support program providing children and mothers the opportunity to understand the violence and abuse they have experienced * mothers discuss such issues as self-esteem, the impact of abuse on children, parenting and safety * children and youth explore feelings, conflict resolution, what constitutes violence and safety * children aged 4 to 16 meet separately but at the same time as their mothers
