Description (Service) Provides information on the family court process * assistance in documenting the history of abuse for family court proceedings * referral to specialized services and supports in the community * safety planning * court accompaniment to proceedings when appropriate * Court documents * assistance with Legal Aid application * assistance finding a lawyer or access to legal advice * gathering and completing court papers * preparing evidence statements * understanding court outcomes * provides access to community services and programs
