Description (Service) Rotary Respite House supports 3-5 children who have high medical or complex care needs * short-term visits * weekend and day respite * variety of program options * respite coordinator helps to identify respite needs and develop and implement an individual respite plan * caregivers have a chance to recharge * Flex Fund available to families who do not meet eligibility criteria for other funding sources  
 
One to One Respite Providers - trained and screened to provide care in the home or community  
 
Out of Home Respite - trained and screened families and individuals provide care in their home 
to develop skills * integrated options 
 
Camps, community activities and other respite programs - Opportunities to develop skills in different settings and create integrated options
