Description (Service) Programs offer financial assistance, in the form of loans, grants, or bursaries to eligible persons from lower-income families intending to study at colleges, universities and approved private post secondary institutions. 
 
The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) includes the Canada Student Loans Plan * Ontario Student Loans Plan * Aiming for the Top Tuition Scholarship * Canada Millennium Bursary * Ontario Special Bursary Plan * Child Care Bursary Plan * Bursary for Students with Disabilities * Ontario Work Study Plan * Part-time Canada Student Loans Plan * and others 
 
30% off Ontario Tuition: 
Money you don't have to repay for students entering a public college or university from high school.  
 
You could be eligible for 30% off tuition, if: 
* you’re a full-time student at a public college or university in Ontario 
* you’ve been out of high school for less than four years 
* you’re in a program you can apply to directly from high school (e.g., undergraduate level) 
* you meet the citizenship and residency requirements 
* your parents’ gross income (total before taxes) is $160,000 or less 
 
If you have or are applying for OSAP you don’t need to apply again. You’ll be automatically considered for 30% Off Ontario Tuition. 
 
If you are not applying for OSAP, to apply for the 30% off tuition you will need 
* Your Social Insurance Number 
* Your parents Social Insurance Number 
* the amount on line 150 of your parent(s) last tax return(s)
